You may return Purchased items up to 14 days upon delivered with written approval by IRONDOORSCALIFORNIA.COM. For any non-defective product, unauthorized return or unreasonable reject receiving item after it is shipped, 15% restocking fee will be applied, buyer will pay for return shipping costs and original shipping will not refund.
IF CUSTOMER SIGNS RECEIPT FOR PRODUCT, Customer is accepting the product in it's condition. All items must be returned in original condition with all shipping packages.
Within 14 days of the date products are delivered and prior to installation or an attempt to install, your purchase can be returned to us for a refund. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for the return, and IRONDOORSCALIFORNIA.COM has the right to charge for any damages that may have occurred the product has been shipped. Delivery fees are not refundable.

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA) from us. To request an RMA number online use the contact form below.

Place the original product into its original packaging. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package. The RMA number must be clearly written on package. We recommend you ship via insured common carrier service with a tracking number.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for your refund or exchange to process for stock products.
